1、螺栓直徑的大小對控制精度有一定的影響，施工中應(yīng)用相同型號的螺栓連接付來標(biāo)定扭矩值，而且使用一段時間后還應(yīng)進(jìn)行檢驗校定。

2、工作前應(yīng)開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘。操作中如發(fā)現(xiàn)電機(jī)火花大，聲音異常，扭矩不穩(wěn)定時，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，切勿帶病工作。

3、定期清洗和更換油脂，一般在工作5000次后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次清洗加油，以延長使用壽命。

4、主機(jī)上的電源開關(guān)，碳刷，控制儀上的保險絲等均屬易損件，容易引起故障，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，及時更換。

5、使用中如發(fā)現(xiàn)工具上的螺釘松動，應(yīng)及時緊固。

6、搬運工具時不可提拉電纜線，并注意輕拿輕放，防止震動和摔碰。不用時應(yīng)放在通風(fēng)干燥處。如發(fā)現(xiàn)受潮應(yīng)及時進(jìn)行干燥處理。不可與酸、堿等有害物質(zhì)氣體接觸或存放在一起。

6. When transporting tools, do not lift the cables and handle them gently to prevent vibration and impact. When not in use, it should be placed in a ventilated and dry place. If moisture is found, it should be dried in a timely manner. Do not come into contact with or store together with harmful substances such as acids, alkalis, etc.
